39 sqm Workshop Space Available at Emmaus Bristol
We have an approximately 420 sq ft (39 m²) workspace available to rent at Backfields House, Upper York Street, St Pauls, Bristol, BS2 8QJ, close to Stokes Croft.
The space is intended for a small charity, social enterprise, community organisation or someone developing a new creative or practical business.
Rent is £550 per calendar month + VAT, including bills subject to reasonable use.
The space has ground-floor access from our enclosed yard, good lighting and electrical sockets, access to shared kitchenette and toilet facilities, and reasonable use of our general waste arrangements. Normal access is generally 9am to 5pm, with other arrangements considered.
The room is currently partitioned into two areas, but the partition can be removed if an open-plan space is preferred. The metal racking shown in the photographs is not included.
