Emmaus Bristol is looking for a full-time Support Worker to join our dedicated and compassionate team, supporting people who have experienced homelessness to move forward with confidence and independence.
In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll provide person-centred, trauma-informed support to companions living in our community. You’ll build trusting relationships, help people develop life and work skills, navigate housing and benefits systems, and feel a genuine sense of belonging.
You’ll be joining a friendly, values-driven organisation where respect, solidarity, openness and empowerment are at the heart of everything we do.
We’re looking for someone who:
