As well as our community housing, Emmaus Bristol has four three-bedroom terraced houses leased from Bristol City Council. The Council refers families at risk of homelessness to these houses. We also take referrals from housing advice charities like Shelter and CHAS to house families in need.

Rent is set at Local Housing Allowance (LHA) rates for the number of bedrooms (all houses currently have three bedrooms), to make it affordable for those in receipt of benefits as well as people in work. You can check the LHA rates for Bristol here.
