Companion Referral Form

This form should be completed if you, or someone you are referring, wants to become an Emmaus Bristol companion.

Please make sure you’ve read the page on Becoming a Companion before completing the form as it is important you understand what Emmaus Bristol can provide, and what is expected of a companion.

It can take a while to process a referral, as we have to check the details and make sure that Emmaus Bristol is right for you. You may also need to wait for a vacancy to come up. If your referral is accepted, there’s also a trial work day and a chat with support workers before you can join the community.
