Located on Bedminster Parade opposite the Asda supermarket, our Tardis-like Bedminster charity shop is full of affordable, carefully selected second-hand clothing, shoes and jewellery – all with a boutique feel.
You’ll also find small furniture, books, vinyl, homewares and a whole host of delightful, weird and wonderful pre-loved treasures. Though it might look small from the outside, it’s surprisingly spacious inside, with new stock arriving all the time. It’s always worth a look!
This shop is run by our team of Emmaus companions – people currently being supported by our homelessness charity – alongside local volunteers. Every purchase helps provide accommodation, tailored support, training and work experience for people rebuilding their lives after homelessness.

Donate items to our Bedminster charity shop
We love good quality donations at Emmaus Bristol! If you have unwanted furniture, white goods, clothing, books, vinyl, bric-a-brac or other household items please do drop items off at either our Bedminster or Stokes Croft shops if possible. If not, fill in our donation enquiry form and we’ll get in touch to discuss your donation and see if collection can be arranged.

You can find our Bedminster charity shop at 72 Bedminster Parade,
BS3 4HL. We are just across the street from Asda.
We are open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 4:30pm, with a late opening on Tuesdays at 11am. We are closed on Sundays.

There’s no need to leave your dog at home when you visit our Bedminster charity shop, as we’re dog friendly! We kindly ask that your dog is on a lead at all times in our charity shop.
Yes! We accept clean, good-quality furniture and white goods. Check our donate furniture page for what we can take and collection info.
Absolutely. Bring us books, clothing, kitchenware, vinyl and bric-a-brac – just make sure it’s all clean and in good, saleable condition.
Donations to Emmaus Bristol should be clean, functional, and in good, saleable condition. A good rule of thumb: would you buy it? Soft furnishings must have a valid fire safety label and children’s items need a CE label. We appreciate all donations we get, however sometimes we may need to turn away items due to storage space.
Yes – local delivery is available for large items purchased in our Bedminster charity shop, that you cannot transport yourself. Prices start from £15 depending on your location. Please speak to a member of our team when you visit for more information.
